Dr. Poonam Tyagi — Relationship Coach · Dentist of 18 years

A dentist with 18 years of clinical experience, a trauma-informed relationship coach, healer, and a dedicated student of human behavior through advanced Harvard education.

For years, I appeared accomplished on the outside — but internally, I was living the reality so many silently endure: people-pleasing, chronic anxiety, hypervigilance, self-abandonment, and the exhausting cycle of seeking validation from others while feeling disconnected from myself.

I understood what it meant to constantly show up for everyone else… while losing myself in the process. Despite professional success, I was emotionally exhausted — stuck in patterns of survival, overgiving, and living according to external expectations.

"Until I made the most powerful decision of my life: To choose myself."

Through profound inner healing, trauma-informed studies, behavioral psychology, and transformative modalities such as EFT, Ho'oponopono, mindset rewiring, and emotional healing practices, I began rebuilding my life from the inside out.

I transformed:

From blameto accountability
From survival modeto self-leadership
From external validationto deep self-worth
From hypervigilanceto inner peace
From anxietyto emotional freedom

This journey didn't just change me — it revealed the truth:

We are not defined by our conditioning. We have the power to heal, rewire, and consciously choose who we become.

My Mission

Today, my mission is to help individuals and couples break free from self-abandonment, heal emotional wounds, transform relationship patterns, and reclaim their most authentic selves.

My work blends psychology, trauma-informed healing, nervous system regulation, and emotional transformation to create deep, lasting change — not just in relationships, but in identity, health, and life itself.

"True healing is not about becoming someone new. It's about returning to who you truly are beneath the pain, patterns, and survival responses."

I help people stop abandoning themselves, heal deeply, and become the most powerful, emotionally free version of who they truly are — so they can fully show up in their relationships, their purpose, and the life they were meant to live.
